Summary:
In Microsoft Word versions 3.0x, calculations are not always accurately rounded. For example, note the following results from Word version 3.02:
1.03 - .99 = .04 10.03 - 9.99 = .03 100.03 - 99.99 = .04…
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Word versions 3.00, 3.01, and 3.02. This problem was corrected in Microsoft Word version 4.00.
