Workaround
To create more than eight charts in a single spreadsheet, use the following steps:
- Select the active area of the spreadsheet (that is, the entire area on which the charts are based).
- From the Edit menu, choose Copy.
- From the File menu, choose Create New File, then choose New Spreadsheet.
- When Works opens the new spreadsheet, press ENTER. The data from the original spreadsheet should then appear in the new spreadsheet.
The original spreadsheet is not altered in any way. The copy is identical to the original, except that it does not include any charts. You can now create up to eight additional charts.
If the original spreadsheet changes, recopy the data from the original spreadsheet into the copy. The updated data from the original spreadsheet replaces the data in the copied spreadsheet, then charts in the copied spreadsheet reflect the new data.
