Word Error Message: “Printer is not Ready”
The printer is not responding to a request from Word. After a few moments, Word switches to the message “Enter Y to continue or Esc to cancel.”
Make sure the printer is connected properly, turned on, on line, and ready to print.
Do one of the following:
- Press Y to continue printing.
- Press ESC to cancel printing.
