SUMMARY

If a text box created with the Draw tool in Microsoft Works version 2.00 is longer than a page, the information that falls directly under the page break will print half on one page and half on another page.

To work around this problem do the following:

  1. Resize the text box so it ends above the page break.
  2. Create a new text box on the second page.
  3. Link the two text boxes.

To link one column to another, do the following:

  1. Choose the Selection (arrow) tool from the Tools palette.
  2. Hold down the OPTION key and select the columns in the order they are to be linked.
