SUMMARY
It is possible to get a system error in Word when copying a graphic from SmartScrap if the following sequence is performed:
- Open Word and type something into the new document.
- Open SmartScrap.
- Copy a graphic.
- Close SmartScrap.
- Paste the graphic into the document.
- Save the document.
- Reopen SmartScrap.
At this point, a system error will appear.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Word versions 3.x. This problem was corrected in Word version 4.00.
