Summary:
When SHARE is loaded and a file is opened as locked and shared, some applications will not execute correctly. These applications will produce erratic results or generate error messages when SHARE is loaded. There is no way to deinstall or deactivate SHARE from an MS-DOS application. Once SHARE has been loaded, the only way to un-SHARE files or unload SHARE is to reboot. In this case, do not load SHARE and lock/share files.
