Summary:

Creating a text box that extends longer than one page in the draw layer will result in the splitting of the information into two printed pages.

To correct this problem, do the following:

  1. Resize the text box so it ends above the line break.
  2. Create a new text box on the second page.
  3. Link the two text boxes.

To link two columns, do the following:

  1. Choose the Selection tool from the Tools palette.
  2. Hold down the OPTION key and select the columns in the order they are to be linked.
