SUMMARY
If you click the arrow on the Style Combo box on the ruler to drag and select a style name, only the user-defined styles and the automatic styles that have already been used in the current document are listed.
To see a list of all styles including automatic styles, hold down the SHIFT key before clicking on the arrow beside the Style Combo box on the ruler.
