WINDOWS

Question:

Will I be able to use device drivers such as MOUSE.COM or ANSI.SYS that are installed before running Windows/386? Can I use drivers installed after running Windows/386?

Response:

Device drivers installed before running Windows/386 will be inherited by all virtual machines, including the Windows virtual machine. Drivers loaded in a virtual machine will be available only in that virtual machine. Only executable drivers such as MOUSE.COM can be loaded in virtual machines because virtual machines do not have their own CONFIG.SYS files under Windows/386.
