SUMMARY
When printing a Word document, all the text sometimes will print on the same line. This problem can occur if the “line spacing:” field under Format Paragraph is set to zero (0).
To correct this problem, highlight the text and use the Format Paragraph command to set the “line spacing:” field to a nonzero value. The default line spacing in Word is “1”, which prints out six lines per inch.
In Word 5.50, highlight the text and set “line spacing:” in Format Paragraph (ALT, T, P) to a nonzero number or to Auto.
