PowerPoint: Handouts Not Centered Correctly on Page PSS ID Number: Q35335 Article last modified on 03-03-1991 PSS database name: M_PowerPt

2.00

MACINTOSH

Summary:

If you are using Microsoft PowerPoint version 2.00 on a Macintosh SE or Macintosh Plus and printing two, three, or six handouts per page, the handouts are sometimes not centered correctly on the page.

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in PowerPoint version 2.00. This problem was corrected in PowerPoint version 2.01. To obtain the current version of PowerPoint, call Microsoft End User Sales and Service at (800) 426-9400 or Microsoft International Customer Service at (206) 936-8661.

To work around this problem in version 2.00, place an object, such as a page number or a blank space, on the handout page and try printing again.
