Summary:
On a 1-megabyte Macintosh, it may not be possible to use the Microsoft PowerPoint help file if other PowerPoint presentations are already open. The help file is actually a PowerPoint presentation which is automatically opened by choosing the Help command from the Apple menu.
As with any other low memory situation, the way to solve this problem is to provide more application memory. Turn off MultiFinder, remove inits and Control Panel devices, turn off the RAM cache, or buy more memory.
