Summary:

In Microsoft PowerPoint, if an object is drawn the full size of the slide, it can be resized off the slide. This problem occurs when the guides are on but not perfectly centered.

For example, if the guides are turned on, and the vertical guide in moved .08 inches to the right, it is then possible to move or resize a drawn object slightly off of the slide area.

More Information:

This problem occurs because the positioning of the guides overrides the slide-edge boundary.

Microsoft is researching this problem and will post new information here as it becomes available.
