Word Hangs in Document Retrieval Query

SUMMARY
The Word program will hang if the following steps are performed:
- Start word and go into the Document Retrieval menu.
- Go into the Query menu and tab down to the “document text:” field.
- Press the SPACEBAR once, to put a space in the “document text:” field, and press ENTER.
At this point, Word freezes up and the computer must be rebooted.
Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem with Word Version 4.00. This problem was corrected in Word Version 5.00.
