SYMPTOMS
The Microsoft Message Queuing 2.0 Migration Tool upgrades your Microsoft Message Queue Server 1.0 SQL-based directory service to Microsoft Windows 2000 Active Directory. The migration tool enables the Primary Enterprise Controller (PEC) to upgrade only to the root domain. The upgrade fails on a child domain, and the following errors are displayed:
