SYMPTOMS
When you try to connect an ACT! template in Microsoft Word 2002, you may receive the following error message:
For example, when you use Word 2002 to write a letter to a Microsoft Outlook contact in ACT!, you may receive this error message.
Additionally, the mouse pointer may stop responding.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs if the Officeav.dll add-in is loaded when Norton Antivirus 2000 or a later version is installed on your computer.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, visit the following Symantec Web site to obtain either an updated version of the product or to receive help with the reconfiguration of the product.
