Session Summary



In this session, we will discuss the new features in Windows Media Player version 7, and discuss key functionality. We will also cover basic troubleshooting.

This is a Level 100 session that was recorded July 13, 2000 and presented by Josh Helm. Josh Helm joined Microsoft as a support professional in March 1997. He has been involved in Windows Media Player training since the version 6.2 beta, and has focused on Windows Media Player 7 for a year. Josh currently works in Product Support Services.
