This is a Level 300 session that was recorded August 17, 2000 and presented by Bruce Jones. Bruce joined Microsoft five years ago as a support professional in Product Support Services. He has been supporting Systems Management Server beginning with SMS version 1.1, and is currently with SMS Alliance support. During this time, Bruce has written a variety of SMS-related white papers, and has been involved in resolving the duplicate ID problem in SMS versions 1.x and 2.0
