SYMPTOMS

While you are running KaZaA Media Desktop by Sharman Networks, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following message:

KaZaA has encountered a problem and needs to close. We apologize for the inconvenience.

If the error message is still displayed and if you want to see the data that the error report contains, click the click here link at the bottom of the message box. You then see error signature information that may be similar to:

CAUSE

This issue occurs because KaZaA Media Desktop version 1.6 by Sharman Networks is not completely compatible with Windows XP.

RESOLUTION

Microsoft recommends that you use the latest version of KaZaA Media Desktop. Contact Sharman Networks to report this issue and to receive additional support.
