SYMPTOMS
Termsrv.exe may generate a Dr. Watson error message on your Windows 2000-based server. This symptom may occur if your Windows 2000-based server is running Citrix Metaframe that is configured in a load-balancing farm.
CAUSE
This problem occurs when the kernel tries to delete an object under the wrong process context. For this problem, the kernel deletes an LPC Port object under the Termsrv.exe process context when it was originally created under the Csrss.exe process.
RESOLUTION

STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 4.
