SYMPTOMS
When you start the Make New Connection tool in Network and Dial-up Connections, all of the options in the dialog box are unavailable. These options must be available, or you cannot configure the new connection.
RESOLUTION
A supported fix is now available from Microsoft as Windows CE Core OS QFE . To resolve this problem immediately, search for the keyword "QFE" on the following Microsoft Web site:
