Some Internet DNS servers keep track of the number of concurrent sessions by a DNS server, and when they reach a threshold, they stop accepting connects from the server. This may occur with products like Sendmail.exe (from the Microsoft Mail Resource Kit) which does queries of type "All". This hotfix makes the DNS server cache records that are received from Query Type=All.
