SYMPTOMS
STRFTIME returns the wrong strings for locales, for which the time display format string is hh:mm:ss tt
. The time string is output as 04:30:45 p, instead of 04:30:45 p.m.
This problem occurs for Spanish and Mexican locales.
The following code returns the time display format string for a specific locale:
GetLocaleInfo(..., LOCALE_STIMEFORMAT, ...)
