SYMPTOMS

The IP Security (IPSEC) Policy Management MMC may leak memory. This leak is most likely to occur when you are making changes to a large number of domain-based IPSEC policies.

RESOLUTION

Service Pack Information

A supported fix is now available from Microsoft, but it is only intended to correct the problem that is described in this article. STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in the Microsoft products that are listed at the beginning of this article. This problem was first corrected in Microsoft Windows 2000 Service Pack 4.
