SYMPTOMS
The default format for negative currency for the French Canadian locale is 1,1$. The default format for negative currency should be 1,1 $ (note the blank space before the dollar sign $). The default format for a Long Date is d MMMM, yyyy. The default format for a Long Date should be d MMMM yyyy (note that the comma is removed, and the spacing remains the same). These default formats are not compliant with the Quebec government language standards.
