SYMPTOMS
If you call either the IExchangeManageStore::GetMailboxTable method or the IExchangeManageStore::GetPublicFolderTable method, an access violation (0xc000005) occurs in Outlook 2002.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain the latest service pack for Microsoft Office XP. For additional information, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
