SYMPTOMS

When your player wins too many complimentary items, Microsoft Casino quits unexpectedly.

NOTE: The VIP Registration screen contains five spaces for each type of complimentary item that is available in Microsoft Casino.

RESOLUTION

There is currently no resolution for this issue.

To work around this issue, you can create a new player. When the new player exceeds the limit of complimentary items, the same issue occurs.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Casino.
