SYMPTOMS
Your Internet-connected computer is unsuccessful when it uses VDOnet Corporation's VDOPhone (video conferencing software) to connect to a host computer.
CAUSE
This behavior can occur because the host computer has Internet Connection Sharing (ICS) enabled.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, you must perform the following steps to disable ICS from the system tray of the host computer:
- Right-click ICS in the system tray.
- Click Disable Internet Connection Sharing.
- Restart VDOPhone.
MORE INFORMATION
When ICS is disabled, the ICS host computer is able to send and receive calls with VDOPhone.
