SYMPTOMS
When you send a message that is addressed to an Exchange 2000 Network News Transfer Protocol (NNTP) folder by using SMTP, NNTP news readers (such as Outlook Express) cannot view the post. However, clients that gain access to Exchange 2000 by using Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI), or through Outlook Web Access can view and read the post.
CAUSE
The NNTP service was unable to add this article during SMTP delivery because it lacked a necessary internal property.
