SYMPTOMS
The Toshiba PC Card controller (ToPIC) may power 3.3-volt R2 PC Cards at 5 volts.
CAUSE
This problem occurs because the Windows 2000 PC Card bus driver does not handle the voltage levels for these R2 PC Cards correctly.
RESOLUTION
