SYMPTOMS
When you open or import an appointment in Outlook that is saved in vCalender format (.vcs) or iCalendar format (.ics) using local time, the start and end times are different from the original time.
CAUSE
When you open or import an appointment that is saved in vCalender or iCalendar format using local time, it is treated as Greenwich mean time instead of the local time that you specified.
RESOLUTION
