SYMPTOMS
If you are working in a Microsoft Word 2000 document that contains an embedded Excel chart object, the size of the chart may change.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs when the following conditions are true:
- The Word 2000 document is in print layout view.
-and-
- You have more than one page in the document.
-and-
- You have inserted a Microsoft Excel Chart object.
-and-
- You have resized the Microsoft Excel Chart object and have not deactivated it by clicking the Word 2000 document.
-and-
- You have scrolled to another page and then back to the page that contains the Microsoft Excel chart object.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).
