XWEB: Cursor Is Not Visible When Replying to a Reply of a Post

SYMPTOMS

When you use a Web client with Internet Explorer 5.0 to view a reply to a reply of a post, when you click the Post Reply icon on the toolbar, the Edit post dialog box opens and you are able to reply, but the cursor is not visible.



WORKAROUND

When you reply to a reply of a post, the cursor is positioned at the bottom of the body field. To enter your text at the top of the field, move the mouse to the desired location of the cursor and left-click. This repositions the cursor to the top of the field.



STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed this to be a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
