XCCC: Conferences Scheduled More Than 16 Hours in the Future Are Not Displayed

Article ID: 256510

Article Last Modified on 10/27/2006

APPLIES TO

  • Microsoft Exchange 2000 Conferencing Server

This article was previously published under Q256510

SUMMARY

By default, the conferencing server only publishes a list of available public conferences for a period of 24 hours. The following behavior also occurs:

  • If a conference is scheduled to start more than 16 hours from the current hour, it is not listed.
  • If a conference started more than 8 hours before the current hour, it is not displayed on the list.

MORE INFORMATION

This behavior is by design and cannot be changed through the user interface. If you attempt to modify the time period, you can seriously impact the server's performance.
