SYMPTOMS
If you click the New Contact button to add a new contact in Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA), you may notice that the focus is not automatically placed in the first field of the New Contact form, as it is in the New Message form.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
