SYMPTOMS
When using a browser version that is earlier than Microsoft Internet Explorer 5, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x, with Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA), several toolbar icons are crowded together, and are too small.
WORKAROUND
To work around this behavior, use a later version of Internet Explorer, such as 5, or 5.5.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
MORE INFORMATION
Because of this behavior, you may have a difficult time finding many of the toolbar icons.
