SYMPTOMS
When you click a mail message in your Inbox using Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA), and then click the Move/Copy button on the toolbar, a window opens that displays a selection of folders to which you may move the item. However, there is no choice to either move or copy. The item is moved when you click a folder, and then click OK.
WORKAROUND
To copy an item to another folder, press the CTRL key, and then click and drag the item. Release the CTRL key after the item has been copied.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
