SYMPTOMS

If you click the To box in a new mail message and then type the first letter of a name in the Type Name or Select from list field, there is no response in the list if there is no corresponding name beginning with that letter.

In Outlook Corporate or Workgroup (CW) this behavior is different. If you type a letter in the Type Name or Select from list box, the focus in the list moves to the next corresponding letter, if there is no address list name beginning with the letter you type.
