SUMMARY

When you view a Hole Preview in a golf course in any of the products that are listed at the beginning of this article, the distance to the hole may vary slightly from the distance that is listed on the Scorecard and in the dynamic measuring tool that is used within the game.

MORE INFORMATION

The Hole Preview measures the distance from the Pro Tee down the center of the fairway to the center of the green.

The distances that are listed on the scorecard and within the game are the actual distances from the ball to the current location of the hole on the green.

As in real golf, the hole is moved to a different location on the green every time you play.

This behavior is by design to add realism to the game.
