SYMPTOMS
When you try to use the Legato NetWorker software designed for use with Microsoft Windows 98/95 or Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 on your Windows 2000-based computer, you experience unpredictable behavior, possibly including high central processing unit (CPU) usage.
CAUSE
This behavior occurs if you are not using a version of Legato NetWorker software that is specifically designed for Windows 2000, such as version 5.7 and later.
RESOLUTION
To resolve this behavior, contact Legato to inquire about the availability of an updated version of the Legato NetWorker software designed for use with Windows 2000.
