SYMPTOMS
When you use Microsoft Exchange 2000 Outlook Web Access (OWA) to drag a contact from one contact folder to another contact folder, the contact appears to remain in the original contact folder.
CAUSE
This happens because the screen does not refresh automatically.
WORKAROUND
You must select another folder, and then reselect the original folder.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
MORE INFORMATION
When you drag from any other folder, refresh works properly.
