SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA) and create in your mailbox a folder whose name contains several spaces, the folder name may appear incorrectly when you use Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x to view it. For example, a folder named "New   Folder" is truncated to "New Folder".

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.

MORE INFORMATION

Exchange 2000 Outlook Web Access is optimized for use with Internet Explorer 5.x. Earlier versions of Internet Explorer may exhibit unexpected behavior.
