SYMPTOMS

When you create a new message in Microsoft Outlook Web Access for Exchange 2000 Server, there are no access keys (the key that corresponds to an underlined letter on a menu, command, or dialog box option) to select the To, Cc, and Bcc buttons. You also cannot gain access to the To, Cc, and the Bcc buttons by pressing the TAB key.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.

MORE INFORMATION

Because you cannot gain access to the To, Cc, and Bcc buttons by pressing the TAB key, the only way to activate these buttons is to click them with the mouse pointer.
