XWEB: TAB Key May Not Navigate Outlook Web Access Contact Fields as Expected with Netscape Navigator

SYMPTOMS

If you use Netscape Navigator to create or modify a contact in Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA), the keyboard TAB key may not navigate the contact fields as expected. For example, if you press the TAB key when the cursor is in the Last Name field, the cursor moves to the Business Phone field instead of to the First Name field.

STATUS

Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.

Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 4.x and 5 do not exhibit this behavior.
