SYMPTOMS
When you use Microsoft Exchange 2000 Outlook Web Access (OWA) with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.x, if you click an item in a folder, and then click the Move/Copy icon, when you click the destination folder, and then press ENTER, the Move/Copy Item dialog box does not close, and the item is not moved.
WORKAROUND
To work around this issue, after you click the destination folder, use the mouse to click OK in the Move/Copy Item dialog box.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
