SYMPTOMS
When you use Microsoft Internet Explorer 5 to access Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server Outlook Web Access (OWA), and you try to drag a message to a folder in the Folders list, you may receive the following error message:
CAUSE
The message already exists in the folder that the message is being moved to.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
MORE INFORMATION
This problem doesn't exist on Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.x and earlier, because you cannot drag messages to the Folder list in these browsers.
