SYMPTOMS
When you drag messages to another folder, the destination folder is not highlighted as expected. However, the pointer changes appearance to indicate that an item can be added to the selected folder.
STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server.
