SYMPTOMS

When you use Microsoft Outlook 98 or Microsoft Outlook 2000 to schedule a meeting, you may not be able to view the availability information for the attendee that you invited. Outlook reports that no information is available for that user.

CAUSE

The issue is caused by a coding error.

RESOLUTION
