SYMPTOMS

When you use the Federal Release version of Outlook, if you click the Tell me more button (on the Security tab of the Options dialog box), you may receive the following error message:

The topic does not exist. Contact your application vendor for an updated help File (129).

RESOLUTION

To resolve this problem, obtain Microsoft Office 2000 Service Release 1/1a (SR-1/SR-1a).
