SYMPTOMS
If you try to install the Microsoft Exchange Server Mailbox Manager (French version) that is included with Exchange Server Service Pack 3 on a cluster server, the installation may not work with error 80004005.
CAUSE
This issue can occur if the Exchange Server virtual server name and cluster name are different.
RESOLUTION

STATUS
Microsoft has confirmed that this is a problem in Microsoft Exchange Server version 5.5 Service Pack 3. This problem was first corrected in Exchange Server 5.5 Service Pack 4.
